Hazukido Tags and Account Registration
The Hazukido Rewards registration process may require that you provide the following information: email, password, telephone number and birthday, preferred location and marketing preferences.

Earning Points
The Rewards available through Hazukido Rewards are based on the number of points that you earn. You can earn points by making purchases with your Hazukido Rewards account at participating Hazukido stores within Canada. You will earn points based on the value of your purchase at the rate of ten (10) points for each One Canadian Dollar ($1.00) you spend at participating Hazukido Stores using a Hazukido Rewards account.

Exclusions to Earning Points
Reloads, transfers, card-to-card transactions, taxes, tips, donations and fees is excluded and ineligible for points accrual.

Wallet
A customer may not have more than $150 in their wallet.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Hazukido Card is issued to you by Hazukido Canada. It allows you to load a dollar value onto your Hazukido card for future purchases at participating Hazukido Canada stores. The dollar value that you load onto your Hazukido Card is a pre-payment only for the goods and services of participating Hazukido stores in the Canada region. Hazukido Canada reserves the right to change the rewards program and point value at our discretion. Points accumulated under the rewards program are promotional and have no cash value. The rewards program cannot be combined with any other discount, rewards or delivery programs. The replacement fee per every card is $1.00 (plus applicable tax). Your Hazukido Card has no expiration date. There are no membership fees associated with Hazukido Rewards. Hazukido Canada reserves the right to correct the balance of your Hazukido account if we believe that a clerical billing or accounting error occurred. If you have any questions regarding your transaction history or any correction, or if you dispute any transaction or correction that has been assessed against your Hazukido Card, please contact customer service at info@hazukido.ca
